Join Alliance Français and partners for a drive-in viewing of Le Goût d’un Pays (The Essence of a Country), a documentary featuring two well-known Quebecois poets who tell a story about maple syrup, sustainable food production and the people who have passed down this centuries-old tradition in Quebec as well as places like Minnesota. Watch the film followed by a Q&A with the director from the comfort of your car and enjoy complimentary maple syrup crêpes.
