The Customer Support Associate plays an essential role in delivering high-quality guest experiences and operational support during the festival. This role is primarily focused on in-person ticket sales using the SquadUp platform with Square card readers, guest relations, and logistical assistance. This position does not involve cash handling. When ticket sales duties are not required, the associate will assist with transporting small equipment boxes, sandwich board signs, and other items between festival venues.
