Chef Daniel del Prado brings the heat and flavors of the Mediterranean to the Cardamom Ice Bar installation for the weekend of Thu, Jan 27, to Sun, Jan 30. Cardamom is pleased to partner with The Great Northern to spotlight the elements that make winter in Minnesota unique, with specialty outdoor cooking, sledding on the Walker slopes, and a specialty winter drink menu full of Mediterranean-inspired hot and cold cocktails. Set on the backdrop of the ice bar created by Cardamom, MN Ice, and Apricot Floral, this singular dining and beverage experience will reinvigorate the senses and transport guests to another world as they gaze over the Minneapolis skyline.
Please note: Due to newly released Minneapolis and Saint Paul regulations we will be requiring proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test taken under medical supervision within 72 hours of the event. Masks are recommended outdoors while not eating or drinking.

Roasted Lamb Pita - tahina, pickled tomatoes, charred onion, herbs
Grilled Zucchini Pita - baba gannoush, watermelon radish, serrano, herbs

Bonjour Dolly - milk punched extra brooks bourbon, du nord cafe frieda, coffee, hickory, anise
Minocchio's Last Dance (hot) - xicaru mezcal, cocchi di torino, orange, moroccan mulled wine
Ramante (hot) - kyro rye gin, stray dog gin, mulassano dry, thyme, lemon, orange
Various coffees, beer, wine and hot chocolate will also be available.
