Ashwini is a celebrated choreographer, dancer, and artist who has spent years steeped in south Indian classical dance, while also creating her own personal vision of women’s representation in performance. Chef Yia Vang was born in a Thai refugee camp where he lived until his family resettled in central Wisconsin. Yia uses food to tell a story and believes that every dish has a narrative.
