"Minnesota's ambassador for Hmong culture and culinary traditions” (Minnesota Public Radio) Yia Vang (Union Hmong Kitchen, Vinai) welcomes visitors to this live fire grilling site with optimum viewing for the premiere of Marlena Myles’ Innerworld Prism, projected onto the iconic Highlight Tower in NE Minneapolis. Experience the art (6 minute loop), pick up some of the best takeout Minneapolis has to offer, and celebrate “festival eve” of The Great Northern as events commence January 28.
