Visit each participating location or event listed in The Best of Winter Passport to collect your stamps. Each passport page should have specific instructions on how to collect your stamp (i.e: Visit the Welcome Desk on the second floor). Make sure to also collect stamps on your Challenge page at the back of your passport stamped on each 7th, 10th, and 15th location to make sure you can enter to win prizes.
Not at all! You can collect stamps in any order you seem fit. While most passport activities are happening throughout January and February, some events occur on specific dates, so consult your passport and keep an eye on the calendar to make sure you can visit them all!
The Best of Winter Passport is print only, and does not require the download or use of a digital app. Passports can be found around the city and passport pick-up locations can be found on this page. We have also made the print passport available for download in case you’d like to print out your own.
Once you’ve collected seven stamps, you can redeem your passport at The Great Northern information booths on January 31–February 1, or at the Meet Minneapolis Visitor Center located at 505 Nicollet Mall, Suite 100 every Tues-Saturday 10am-4pm starting January 20th.
Be sure to bring your passport when picking up your socks. To redeem your passport, simply show your challenge page with your seventh stamp at the pick-up location.
Take a picture or scan your challenge page and send it to passport@thegreatnorthernfestival.com by Monday, February 16th to get entered to win prize packages. Winners will be contacted on March 1st.
