Youth apprentices from Juxtaposition Arts' Graphics Lab will debut their animated vision of winter projected onto Highlight Tower on loop in Northeast Minneapolis Jan 26. The artwork will make its way across Minneapolis and Saint Paul at surprise locations to be announced.
