Ella Daniels

Ella Daniels is the Executive Director of the Mill City Farmers Market & Charitable Fund, where she leads initiatives connecting people to local, sustainable food systems—supporting small farmers, climate action, and food access. Previously, she directed Veggies Early & Often at Partnership for a Healthier America, promoting early childhood nutrition nationwide. Her background includes roles with the UN World Food Programme and Capital Area Food Bank, and co-directing a social impact collective supporting LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and women leaders. Ella lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two kids, who love their Saturday tradition of visiting the market together.
