The Great Northern is a celebration of winter, climate, culture, and creativity taking place Jan 28 – Feb 1, 2026. Join us for groundbreaking climate conversations, a youth-led science fair, community arts, live music, and outdoor adventures that make the most of Minnesota winters–from snowshoeing and fat tire biking to outdoor sauna sessions.
We’re also showcasing the best of Minnesota’s food scene, with pop-up food events, food trucks, and a winter farmer’s market that showcases Minnesota’s growers, chefs, and makers.

The Warming Grounds: Outdoor Vendors
Located at Father Hennepin Bluff Park, The Warming Grounds is our outdoor hub for activities, music, food, and celebrating all things winter. Vendors will get the unique opportunity to connect with an engaged, outdoor-minded audience.

Food Trucks
Food truck vendors will be featured throughout our festival grounds on Saint Anthony Main, offering a prime chance to serve a vibrant, outdoor-loving crowd and be part of an unforgettable winter celebration.
